All items are safely delivered . Facility was Very clean and service was efficients. Good storage place for someone who looking for quality!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The storage building itself is located in a corner with dedicated parking space for customers. Do note that it is situated in front of rows of cafes and restaurants so during the day, it can be difficult to find a parking space. A concrete ramp is there for ease of trolley/disabled use.
The main entrance is electronically controlled with either a card or a code number given to you once you subscribed. The gate is solid and well lit, making it ideal for out-of hours visit to the store (you can use the store 24/7).
I find the whole building to be self-explanatory, clean, and simple. The staff that I deal with is very accommodating and the storage unit I picked fits my purpose exactly. There's a trolley and a low mobile stairs that you can use during transfer of your items into the storage unit.
Overall, I am more than satisfied. They accept monthly service payment and you can terminate anytime you want. Despite that, I am happy to use this service for a long term plan.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En Razis was very helpful. Its so easy to discuss with. The storage itself is clean and easy to access for customer. Security wise is excellent. CCTV everywhere. Its also one of the cheapest storage rental. Even though it's bit far from but I'm satisfied. They provide everything you need to transport your stuff from the car to the storage. There's also tables infront of the gate for you to put your stuff while unloading other thing from the car. Overall, good service. Side note, they don't provide lock for the locker so please bring your own. Also maybe Moomtaz can sell some locks in case the customer forgot to bring any.

Moomtaz Mr. Razis got back to me on the same day itself and provided me with useful information. I WhatsApp him my items and he helped to gauge the storage size for me. I really like the service he provided, he even came back to office on a weekend to help me move stuff, even though its not his working hour. Moomtaz price is also much more affordable compared to all the rest that I've enquired.
I highly recommend Moomtaz and Mr. Razis!
