★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So happy that finally there's a courier company that opened in my house area.
The place is so tidy. The staff is helpful & professional.
They have dedicated area for wrapping and they let us use it without extra charges (stretching film, bubble wrap, cellotape, fragile stickers & a nice big table) which I appreciate it very much.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ MY PARCEL HAS BEEN IN TRANSIT AT YOUR PREMISE FOR 16 DAYS??!!! (1/1/22-16/1/22) IF YOU CAN NOT DELIVER, I WOULD BE GLAD TO PICK IT UP MYSELF. I WAITED FOR SO LONG THEN SUDDENLY MY PARCEL WAS CANCELLED BY SHOPEE BECAUSE ‘PARCEL LOST IN TRANSIT’! ?????? This is not the first time you have held my parcels for more than a week! I know this is a late review, but the public has to know about your terrible service! And please update your unreachable contact number! ?
