★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Subang Perdana hub really struggled in handling their parcels. Walked in to the hub to ask further status of my parcel on 21st of May. Reached the hub on 15th of May but yet to be delivered. Finally successfully deliveres on Hari Raya day 1, 24th of May. The management should hire part-timer to help existing staff in scanning & sorting the parcel to minimise complaint and reach customer in timely manners.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I suggest you to just close this jnt, my parcel that I received the way more different than what I've bought, the seller showed me the evidence that my parcel have been shipped and it is the right product that I've ordered. Did you know how much the loss that I and the seller got? I bought a coach product and it's expensive ughh. Can you be more responsible on people's stuff?!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ yesterday item out for delivery but then inform unable to delivered due to bad weather. today i check still no progress for delivery. i did call j&t subang perdana to check my parcel and staff inform my parcel at their part time courier. until now im still not received it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My parcel had an issue with wrong postcode and it kept being routed to this outlet. It was frustrating to see the parcel circling but the outlet staff, Mr Khalid, helped to amend the postcode and I finally received my parcel today.
They would not be reachable via thier outlet number so I suggest maybe try other altenative instead.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I give you 5 star because i want you to read my review..my parcel stuck for 2 weeks and with no call no information you just sent my parcel back to seller..i got two more parcel..for a day you not deliver my parcel i will cut 1 star..i am so fed up you you guys..everytime..EVERYTIME!!! my order messed up because of J&T..
