β β β β β Not truthful at all, give all the fake statement.
- Parcel send out on 24/05, until now 02/06 i yet to receive anything!
- it stated consignee request postponement on 28/05 but I did not!
- it stated delivery completed on 01/06 but i did not receive anything!!
- it stated consignee does not answer phone but i did not receive any call from ABX!
I have make many calls, chat to live agent and even emails but still yet to receive my parcel!
If you still want to use ABX service, good luck to u!

β β β β β TERRIBLE SERVICE AND EXPERIENCE. NOBODY SHOULD USE ABX EVER, there are much better couriers out there.
My experience so far:
My parcel has been STUCK in ABX Subang for 2 WEEKS. Tried calling their branch but NOBODY PICKS UP. Tried contacting their live chat, and their agent "Sha" just repeats the same thing over and over, consistently telling me that my parcel will be shipped out tomorrow. Not even apologetic or show any indication that they are worried about this issue, probably because late deliveries have become the norm for them. Even the Shopee seller that was using ABX (he consistently followed up with ABX but ABX just gave him the standard reply of "its going to be shipped out tomorrow") felt so bad for their terrible service that he refunded me my purchase for the time being until I finally receive my parcel, because even he knows that making someone wait this long for a delivery is NOT THE RIGHT WAY TO DO BUSINESS.
Use this courier at your own risk of having to deal with potential unsatisfied customers, refunds and loss of business. Again, there are much better couriers out there.

β β β β β Very bad services . Customer services do response but giving empty promises. systems is bad, an item can be routing between the hud numerous time is many days and do even reach their customer.

β β β β β SLOW DELIVERY. Parcel at sorting centre for few weeks already. I don't how many YEARS did u all need to "PROCESS" my parcel. How you guys trying to solve this issue is: "TURN OFF COMMENT SESSION IN FB + INSTAGRAM" + "RESTRICT USERS TO COMMENT", why not dare to face the public? FACE THE PROBLEM LIKE A REAL MAN, instead of escaping from your responsibilities. :)))))))))))))))))

β β β β β Horrendous service is an understatement. I have never ordered something and get it delayed for 2 weeks before in my life. Until today the package status is still stuck at the logistic warehouse. My patience is running thin.
