★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 12/Oct 2020 (arnd 6.30pm) Was served by two very soft spoken and helpful male staff. Appreciate their effort in trying to solve my shipment issue to Sabah during this hard times. Appreciate it so much! Would be even better if they hve card terminals instead of cash only.
Info: They hve moved to the same street as Pos Malaysia Tmn Melawati. Go after 6pm, parking is much easier.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This branch opens till 6.30pm during Ramadan. Even open on Sundays. If you fill in details of your delivery on the J&T Malaysia app before coming, you'll only have to scan and drop off the parcel here. No complains, everything seems seamless.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to J&T Taman Melawati yesterday and arrived around 7:30pm. When I was about to enter the premise, the staff came to me and said that they have closed the system at 7:00pm. I wonder why the operation hour is until 8pm but you already closed your system at 7:00pm? Why don't you just closed at 7:00pm and make sure that customers are aware of your operation hour? I was rushing from work to be there before 8:00pm but turns out they have closed the system earlier than expected.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ugh. Bad attitute from staff. I had confronted a super rude muslim female staff on the front desk. I admit it was my mistake that I had inserted the wrong dress. Not that I raised my voice or call a manager. I agree with the previous review regarding the app tho. It wasn't convenient that they automatically switch the address which is confusing. Plus, she was on call with someone else during work! Just there was no need to spit unnecessary remarks "lain kali check la dulu" and gave an eyeroll???!!! She even just throw my parcel behind. So unprofessional and lacking in manners. Have a good raya to you.
