★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is one of the worst KFCs I have ever come across in KL. They rarely get our orders right. We have had multiple missing orders when we purchase food via grab or the official KFC site. Their manager has never taken accountability for their mess. Horrible service!

Never once I had a good experience here . Too many staff but very very poor service and very rude staff. Better close shop .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst KFC branches ever. They have like at least 5 or 6 staff I can see in front today yet they can't even take physical orders and tells you to order online. I am waiting for my order of 5 ten ringgit boxes and they can take 25 minutes or more as I am still waiting now. I can hear tons of shouting behind the kitchen, very disorderly and rude. One customer walked up to ask for his order and there were 2 crew members in front just straight up ignored his presence for at least 2 minutes without uttering a word.
