β β β β β To boss jnt serdang Branch.... If you planning to open a branch please do ask your staff do their job. We already contacted your staff to pick up the parcel. Your staff promise that will come to collect and end up no response and thousands reason no come. We are not begging you to come if you're not willing we not give you 10 or 20 parcel we giving you 50 - 100parcel. Don't over promised. If you are not planning to earn some money den is okay. I rather go another BRANCH.. OTHERS IS BETTER THAN YOURS... YOUR BRANCH STAFF IS LAZY. I GIVING U NEGATIVE STAR.

β β β β β This is the most pattern J&T place. Worker attitude is good but the shop have pattern. They sometimes will close early as they like ( not as standard as other branch ), items send in but not scanned even after 6 hours...

β β β β β Today I had an extremely bad experience in J&T Serdang Raya. My parcel was roughly handled by the counter staff. She dropped it and when I asked to take more care when packing, she actually told to my face, next time I pack it myself. No apology whatsoever. I asked her what if my item was broken, who is going to bear the cost. She said it didn't break, so why worry.
I am a strong supporter of J&T and I cannot believe this happened to me. Extremely rude and hostile behaviour. I strongly suggest the management to look into this matter and please do hire more professional staff to manage the branches. The behaviour of the counter staff was no where near this and she should be disciplined and trained in customer service.
Please be mindful of who you hire as they represent the company and reflect the image of the organization.
You have just lost a fan and a loyal client.
My visit was between 4-4.30pm 16 June 2021.

β β β β β To the boss, please educate your staff at least have some manners. Waiting at the counter and treat me like invisible.
Face black to me like i disturbing her doing her work. I no need you give me nice smile or a thank you even you dont have, but at least have some simple manners. i dont owe her anything.
This is not the first time i visit this branch, previous staff is kind and good services. At least helpful. But this time is extremely rude.
To the staff, pregnant is not your excuses to being rude. No one should take your bad attitudes. No one owe you.
Please disciplined your staff, continue with this bad behaviour will just make you lost alot of loyal clients. You are getting more bad reviews to your shop. You should think about it. TQ

I feel so bad for the old reviews that i read about this branch. surprisingly i have been visiting it since 3 months ago and so far so good. never faced any problem mentioned. Very polite staffs, helpful and parcel been scanned straight at the spot. Free printing out barcode too. Thanks!
