β β β β β LAZIEST J&T BRANCH! Itβs 5th of May. Came at around 1pm. Not a public holiday, Pos Laju open, but your branch close without any notice display.
Thereβs also one time I came on a Saturday, but thereβs a construction in-front of your office. itβs close. But itβs not a PH. Without any notice too.
I donβt mind if you close due to personal reason. At least put a notice la aduhβ¦
Your nearest option (if the branch close for no reason again) can Waze: J&T Petaling Jaya 3. Super good service. Shopee parcel also scan very fast. They open during PH and weekend too.

Sent the parcel for many days and did not ship out. The staffs in Jnt for this ss15 branch are very lazy, always see their hand phone although customers arrive the shop and drop their parcels. Not sure their boss aware of their staff attitude. If not willing to do the business, please close the shop and stop the business. Useless courier service! Better go to MBE Ss15 which is more efficient. ?

β β β β β One of the worst J and T I have ever visited. I have wrapped my parcel properly but I realised not enough so I requested if they can help me to wrap 1 more thin layer, they mentioned need to charge extra Rm2 for wrapped. I was surprised because
most of the j and t provide bubble wrap. The service was extremely slow, I shipped 2 parcels which is 6.35 each, total should be 12.70 but they charged me 13.30 for not sure what reason. My first and last to visit this branch.

β β β β β they said open at 9am, and I'm waiting there until 10am haven't open yet. and I get my breakfast at Qbistro there for an hour. 11am and yet still not open. I called the customer service, and they said need to take a picture and sent it to live chat. and the chat doesn't function at all. what a terribly bad experience for me, from the j&t side there's nothing, no action at all. habiskan kredit aku saja ?

β β β β β As J&T is very accessible with so many branches, the branch at SS15 is my usual branch when I have to post/send any packages from my Carousel sale.
Not a crowded branch. At least not during the hours I am there - for I have no fixed hours to be there. I have been there during peak and off-peak. Most i just have to wait for max 3 to 4 customers in front of me.
Customer experience - acceptable as I am not a demanding person requiring special attention.
Value for money - guess it is ok and reasonable as my Carousel customers did not complain or ask me to use other couriers.
