But cant figure out how to check the e credit balance. web browser not user friendly. In the end had to resort to grab express

Thank you for the prompt reply. I am keen to use uparcel and that e credit expires in 12months, hence im not asking for a refund. I just want to know how to view the ecredit balance on my account. I am looking forward to uparcel improving their service in the feature.
