Terrible customer service. Just close the service centre if you can't afford to hire quality staff. Wasting my time & money!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very very bad service. Took more than a week to delivery a parcel. Call not pick up and line always busy. Already happen 2 times and i have to pick up by my own ?????? I REPEAT, TOOK MORE THAN A WEEK TO DELIVERY 1 PARCEL WITHOUT ANY CALL TO INFORM ANYTHING !!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor service. They just simply completed the delivery in their system without delivering the parcel. Then we managed ourselves to trace out and collect the same from their warehouse after 3 days. Totally disappointed with J&T Sg. Buloh.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Salam, my parcel supposed to be arrived on 7hb and i was given the dispatch number. I waited for a day tapi tak sampai sampai. I still waited for the next day till now. Tapi TAK ADA. I called so many times. No one picked up my called ya. Tolong settle my parcel ya. I dah tunggu for 5 days. PLEASE BE RESPONSIBLE.
