House become smelly during afternoon and late evening.
Trash become stuck a lot of time.
Regrets of ever renting a house here.
Very bad service. Slow response.
The only good thing is that it is near to MRT. But for the price, could have rented elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clean and very convenient. Rented this unit as it was nearby to the cinema studio where I'm shooting a TVC. It also has direct access to the MRT Kg. Selamat. There were also mini marts, restaurants and other facilities at the location. The unit itself is big, clean and fully equipped with basic necessities. Fully recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s a residential building with its own gym, event halls, swimming pools, barbeque area, playground, speedmart, 7e, mynews, go go grocer, couple of mamak’s restaurant. Security here are well done, helpful. However, could be better in terms of handing over parcel delivered from courier, kinda not systematic and ignorant at some point.
