★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience ever. Not for the specific branch but whole JnT team. Took a parcel of mine to be delivered from Kulim to SK about 10 freaking days. Twice wrongly sorted. Live chat with agents down to drain, call centre no one picking up. Its a definitely no next time for this delivery service from me. Extremely disappointed. Almost cost my break up although I'm still single. Get a life J&T.
