Do free pickup service. Especially nowadays serious covid case still provide free pickup service it's super convenience! Driver follow SOP as well, it's safety to me!

โ โ โ โ โ My pleasure to let this branch pick up my parcels and they will handle for me at their shop without any hassle and worries. I do not need to go out and they will settle everything for me and proceed to ship. Delivery took only 1-2 days to receive in Johor, Terengganu and Penang. Kuddos to them and keep it up J&T!

โ โ โ โ โ Went to drop off shopee return but didn't seal back the box. The lady said J&T already provide free shipping, they don't provide free packaging. So I asked "Can you help me tape? How much do you charge if I just want to tape/seal the upper part of the box?" the lady said "oh i dont know how to count the cost for you" LOL in the end, sent to taman connaught branch and they say they can help to tape for free. Zzzz SO RIDICULOUS!

โ โ โ โ โ I have went to many j&t branches and none a single branches charged me on the document sleeves and airway bill. But this branch, charged me rm0.45 for sleeves and rm0.35 for printing airway bill.
Okay let me rephrase it as it will caused misunderstanding.
They practised different business module as normal j&t branches.
So please do take note on this.

โ โ โ โ โ Good service compared to the store located beside CIMB. The express beside CIMB closes earlier even though the closing time is 830pm. I arrived at 715pm but they didn't want to accept my parcels. So I came to another store that provides 5 stars service

โ โ โ โ โ Dropped off a parcel for a return process with free shipping charges covered by Shopee. The person attending me however, still charged me extra.
I contacted Shopee support and they confirmed with me that I didn't have to pay any additional, and when I told the attending person, he said it was his boss instruction to charge extra. I was mad, and Shopee support told me to collect the receipt and they will process a refund to me.
So when I asked for the receipt, they didn't even provide an official J&T printed receipt! Just one of those hand written paper receipts. I don't have to tell you what this means, I'm sure you can draw the conclusion for yourself.
Bottom line - Don't trust or support these kind of scummy business owners, go to other J&T outlets which practice fairly.
