★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you could associate 'kurang ajar' with a place, this would be the ideal one. The runners for the parcels are all okay, professional. But the main problem lies with the clerks working here, very rude and unprofessional. Not wearing masks, openly shouting around, ignoring customers, the list goes on.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible courier!!! Held my parcel for days without any delivery attempts. Called the branch and no answer. Seems to be the same complaint from other customers on Google Review and also their Facebook page.
Update: So, I went to the branch to collect my parcel because there was no sign that my parcel would be delivered. The place is appalling!! Nothing is organized. Parcels are thrown carelessly everywhere. Takes forever for the parcel to be found. They even asked what my item was, as if that would help them find my parcel. This is beyond horrible. Staff was rude to each other and was not pleasant to customers.

JNT TAKING PAYMENT DOOR TO DOOR, YOUR STAFF ARE NOT ONLY VERY LAZY TO DELIVER BUT ALSO LAZY TO FIND OUR PARCELS

TRACKING SHOWING IS AT RANGOON ROAD FOR PAST FEW DAYS, BUT WE WENT THEY REFUSED TO FIND .. AND EXTREMELY RUDE, NOT 1 BUT ALL OF THEM

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ horrible courier. by far, the worst. Seller shipped to me on the same day and reached georgetown hub since 8th. up until today they kept updating in transit to next location - i live in georgetown! how long should i wait? just close yr business, you do no one a favor with yr service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been waiting for more than 5 days for my parcel from from Seberang Jaya, and i live in Georgetown. it has been more than a week the seller posted the parcel, but for 5 days it keep showing in transit in Jnt Penang office. I tried calling several times, no answer. today it showed delivered and with a photo of prove with a JnT warehouse picture. THE WORST EVER. UNRELIABLE. PLEASE CLOSE DOWN AND STOP RUINING PEOPLE'S ORDER.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestly if I can rate without a star I will no doubt give it a zero.. The delivery service is so unprofessional. My parcels were just delivered to the wrong condo... when I called to know where is my parcel... The delivery guy said it is at other condo not yr condo go and get it yrself.... And when I went to the condo that he mentioned I literally found my parcel in the street outside the condo ...... I was ordering plastic chairs and all of them reach broken...
Overall, horrible experience...they deliver to wrong place... Never responded to send it back to my place instead ask me to go and collect it from where they deliver.. If I know that I need to go and get it my parcel myself....I would not used their courtier service...
