★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Parcel arrived at LDC 606 Jln Sg Pinang Georgetown on the 13/05 22 according to one of staff at the customer service counter when I went to check at their office yesterday morning 19/05/22 n she promised to deliver in the afternoon but the items did not arrived so went again this morning 20/05/22 to the office hoping to get the items but disappointed disgusting n angry because the female was rude n arrogant staying cannot check system was down n only the storekeeper can check n she only handle the customerr service not the delivery when asked when can I get my parcel she simply answered I don't know up to the storekeeper to find the items maybe till doomsday hope the management of J&T LDC 606 Jln Sg Pinang will take note Still waiting n waiting for my parcel no 650329262142 n 630677856039 will arrive soon thank u all for reading n sharing the experience Thank you J&T for the job well done sincerely from me Abdullah Che Long

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My parcel already arrive 3 days at j&t express. I'm urgent the things. I went to collect myself wait for 1 hour the end I get nothing there. The service malay girl name is wani.she said already tell the staff find my parcel. I stand infront of her wait for very long. Until I go and ask inside the staff. They didn't get any information from her help me to collect parcel also. And the staff told me this parcel already delivered before 30mins ago. Behind my customers all get nothing also and she was so relax and doest feel nervous the queue already so long. Hiring this staff for what. Work like stupid. Everyone are angry there. If can give without star. I sure give it 0.very bad experience and until now the parcel still haven't arrive.

What happened?
Called customer service, got hung up without any assistance on this issue. Contact via live chat, chat ended without agent attended.
Who is going to responsible if anything goes wrong with the item?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waiting for parcel since 17/5/2022. Call helpline but no one answer the phone. Call j&t sg pinang also same. No one bother to pick up the phone. Drop complaint email regarding the delay in delivery. But no response from them. Just want to know parcel still ada atau sudah hilang dekat j&t? Bila nak hantar parcel ye?
