β β β β β Im posting this not to mention about the showroom but the service centre behind the showroom. Please think twice before buying a car. Last week I have a problem with my Honda city so I brought here for checking and they already confirmed that there is an issue in my car but they donβt know what is the issue. After nearly 1 week they say maybe the gearbox ( 3 years old car ). They are not willing to give any spare car and taking so much time without any valid reasons. Today they called me to take the car because they are waiting for the parts. When I went there they say sorry canβt take ur car because not yet complete fixing it. Itβs not cheap for me to travel from my place to the service centre, cost me nearly rm40 to go there and return empty handed and cost me another Rm40.

β β β β β I didn't believe the service can be so bad like some reviewers described until I gave it a try by myself. Called them to arrange a car service its like we beg them for free things. Instead of suggesting you to book the service through WhatsApp or App, the receptionist pointed you here and there and even suggested you to call the Salesman who sold you the car. Really "well-trained".
