★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Slow service. But to make it worse, poor customer management system at the waiting area downstairs. (Should use numbering system to ensure first come first serve for walk in and different lane for appointment). And also, one security staff is rude.

1) Front end staff was polite
2) Able to get Nikah date as per requested
Con:
1) Very bad customer service experience
2) Called many times but no one pick-up
3) Make an appointment (hardly get the date), came to request for the original marriage cert, was told can do the marriage card as well, given a form to fill up, waited and then was told it can't be done due to MCO. Got married on 08.08.21, the officer told me & spouse to come back on Nov/Dec, call first before come. 100% ridiculous.
4) Called the hotline no, officer blamed the counter officer for not attending to customer's request and just hang up the call. No solution given.
5) While people waiting for the queue, counter officer (ladies) chit-chatting as in like there was no one in front of them.
Conclusion:
Try to prepare complete documentation, call first for reconfirmation before walk in to avoid unnecessary experience.
JAWI, please improve your services and educate your officers to be more competent.
