Unfortunately I have to edit my review and lower the rating from 5 stars. Jabatan Akauntan Negara should reduce red tape and simplify the procedure for claiming. After 2 months and 5 visits, my bank managed to give me a letter that was later rejected by JAN.

Please bring your own pen before come here, they not provide pen. Overall process is satisfied.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1. Get printout of wang tak tuntut. WTD at JABATAN akuntan negara at menara tabung haji level 8.
2. Obtain Forms UMA 8 & 7.
3.Photocopy bank statement, ic, mariage cert and death cert
4.Total amount calculated and entered correctly with breakdown in both forms
5.Buy stem hasil rm 10
6.Go to commissioner of oath( rm4) and witness (lawyer @RM50) to complete UMA 8. UMA 7 only need claimer signature.
7.Go to LHDN at angsana tampoi for stamping. Stamps not available sometimes, hence step 5
8.Go to level 8, JABATAN akuntan negara at menara tabung haji at j Air molek for second time to submit.
9.Obtain receipt of submission. Approximate time 1-3 months.
