★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apart from housing office space, Menara Ansar also has a shopping arcade at the podium that houses a total of 16 commercial lots. This arcade section has routes that connect directly to the Puteri Pacific Hotel. The private agencies related to the everyday business also operate in Menara Ansar. To date, Menara Ansar records an occupancy rate of 100%. The building has parking facilities as well as 24-hour security and a central CCTV system.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Government Organisations like Labour Office, Labour Court and SSM (Company Registration and Regulation) in this tower. Underground Car park seems to be full at all times during office hours. Those whose looking for alternative car park, you may need to park at next building, Kotaraya shopping mall. There is link way to Ansar Tower's Shopping Arcade in ground level. Shopping Arcade consist of few shops like company secretary, Custom Tailor, Rubber stamp maker and Car Rentals.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited Menara Ansar on July for SSM matters. The office asked the purpose of the visit, measured the temperature and gave a sticker before allowing to enter the premise. The staffs in SSM were efficient and I spent less than 5 minutes to complete registration for EzBiz and mycoid registration. The premise was clean and not crowded. However finding a parking spot can be a trouble.
