★ ★ ★ ★ ★ National Accouning Office a Government office deal with account and treasure matters. This department also handling un-withdraw amount of money from inactive bank account. There are some people forgotten about their cash saving in bank due to lost bank passbook or account number. And they feeling shy to check with stated bank. End up with their bank account being closed and being frozen..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good service, helpful staffs but the parking rate is expensive considering the sad condition of the parking area, not many parking spaces, gloomy, dark and scary and there is no light at the staircase area. I had to walk down the staircase in the dark. Imagine if there's emergency, how people can use the staircase. For that people have to pay RM5?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PM announced on 16th night that government and private offices etc to be closed from 18th March to 31 March 2020. I, together with my wife and 4 relatives, decided to go to JAGN Selangor branch in Naza TTDI Shah Alam to submit claim forms on the unclaimed money. Unfortunately, JAGN Selangor put up a notice on ground floor reception that their branch office to be closed from 17 March to 31 March 2020, one day ahead of the official announcement. I just don’t understand why this office did not follow the Control Order issued by the government
