Harap tak bersemuka dengan orang yang tak professional macam tu lagi, sedih makcik yang sy hantar ke sini dengan layanan yang kurang ajar.
Very poor customer service, asking questions in an angry tone, no profession in impolite work in serving the elderly, does not reflect a good image as a government employee. Please don't face unprofessional people like that again, sad aunt who sent me here with rude service.
