★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Notis panggilan pertama untuk bicara semula harta pusaka tidak diserahkan ke tangan saya pada 28 Ogos 2019.Kononnya penghantar surat sudah letak di pintu rumah,tapi tak pernah dijumpai hingga sekarang.Akibatnya saya telah terlepas proses bicara kecil pada 5 September 2019.
Tiada makluman melalui emel,panggilan telefon walaupun telah diminta semasa menghantar permohonan kali pertama.
Sekarang masih menunggu panggilan untuk bicara kecil kali kedua,dijanjikan sekitar minggu lepas (9 - 13 Sept 2019). Hingga sekarang masih belum dihubungi.
Cubaan menghubungi pegawai di PTG WP JUPEM gagal kerana SEMUA talian tidak dapat dihubungi.
Tak apa lah,nanti saya datang terus ke PTG KL JUPEM untuk berurusan.Saya juga berharap dan mendoakan semua kemudahan telefon di Pejabat PTG KL di bangunan JUPEM diperbaiki secepat mungkin - kasihan dengan kakitangan yang terpaksa bersabar dengan talian telefon yang ROSAK.

 The first notice of the call to re-speak of the estate was not delivered to my hand on August 28, 2019. The letter carrier was placed on the doorstep, but was never found. As a result, I missed the small talk on September 5, 2019.
No alerts via email, phone calls even when requested for submission.
Currently awaiting a call for a second talk, promised around last week (9 - 13 Sep 2019). To date, she has not been contacted.
Attempts to contact the staff at PT WP JUPEM failed because ALL lines could not be reached.
No matter what, I will come straight to PTG KL JUPEM to deal with. I also hope and pray that all telephone facilities at the PTG KL Office in the JUPEM building are repaired as soon as possible - sorry for the staff who had to be patient with the ROSAK telephone line.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Little Napolean. I attended a small estates hearing on Thursday which finished around 1ish whereby the payment counter at 2nd floor has already closed. The officer told me to come back the next day which is Friday to make payment for the order. The operating hours for payment counter stated at their counter is Monday to Thursday 9am to 1noon and Friday 9am to 12noon. However, when I went there the next day which is a Friday around 9ish, I was told by the officer that the counter is not opened as there is no hearing fixed on that day. She told me to come back the coming Monday where there is hearings. The message passed is that the payment counter will not operate if there is no hearings fixed on the particular day. So annoying. How on earth they expect the public to know the hearing schedule??? Obviously they are setting their own rules where the operating hours stated on their counter is everyday. They think the public is as free as them. Wasting the taxpayers' money.
