★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tak ramai sangat orang beratur. Pegawai kaunter dan pengawal keselamatan juga bagus melayan pengunjung. Cuma parking agak terhad. Senang parking di stesen LRT atau datang dgn motor.
 Not many people lined up. Counter officers and security guards are also good at entertaining visitors. Only parking is quite limited. Easy to park at the LRT station or come by motorbike.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been going JPJ UTC Keramat regularly. Facilities are good so at least even if you are queueing up you don't feel as tired, and not under the sun. Now that they have implemented JPJeQ, you can queue and have lunch in the meantime. Also, you will be served the soonest after your turn is being called upon and the staffs are friendly and helpful.
Saya telah pergi ke JPJ UTC Keramat dengan kerap. Kemudahannya baik jadi sekurang-kurangnya walaupun anda beratur anda tidak berasa letih, dan tidak di bawah matahari. Memandangkan mereka telah melaksanakan JPJeQ, anda boleh beratur dan makan tengah hari sementara itu. Selain itu, anda akan dilayan secepat mungkin selepas giliran anda dipanggil dan kakitangannya ramah dan membantu.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Can't renew my car rdtx ehailing anymore..the worst part there is no notice whatsoever n not mention it first..even the staff that manage the queue number didn't know about it..came at 11am saying the number for morning session alrdy finished must come back at 2pm..then came back at 2pm n been waiting for 1 n half hour only to say they can't renew rdtx ehailing at the counter..total waste of time!! Jpj utc should take note about this..?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Renewed my license here. Arrived at 8.30-ish in the morning and place wasn't that packed. All the staff were being very helpful! You're encouraged to come early and please also do note that they only accept cashless payment which is way better to avoid physical contact. Thank you ??
