Saya sebagai wakil keluarga yang telah membuat urusan pembahagian pusaka kecil di Jabatan Tanah Kuala Langat.
Saya rasa amat kecewa dengan proses urusan tersebut sebab jabatan pusaka kurang berkomunikasi dengan jabatan yang lain.
Untuk menyelesaikan pembahagian pusaka saya, saya telah datang ke pejabat tanah kuala langat banyak kali and tidak produktif.
contoh :
Bahagian pusaka tidak maklumkan bahawa
1. Bayaran perintah hanya boleh dibuat secara cash / bank draft
2. Serahan perintah perlukan temujanji.
Isu isu kecil ini menyebabkan saya tidak boleh menyelesaikan urusan dalam hari tersebut , ia membazirkan masa orang ramai sebagai seorang yang berkerja full time dan perlu ambilkan Annual leave untuk berurusan do jabatan tanah.
Saya ingin mencadangkan bahawa Jabatan pusaka boleh menyediakan satu "check list" atau " flow chart" untuk wakil urusan supaya wakil boleh membuat time planning.
Masa itu emas. Pengalaman Saya sebagai wakil yang berurusan dengan jabatan tanah kuala langat memang tak baik.

 Sir/Madam,
I am a family representative who has made arrangements for the division of small estates at the Kuala Langat Land Department.
I am very disappointed with the process because the inheritance department does not communicate well with other departments.
To complete the division of my inheritance, I have come to the kuala langat land office many times and have not been productive.
example:
The inheritance division did not inform that
1. Order payment can only be made by cash / bank draft
2. Delivery of the order requires an appointment.
This small issue caused me to not be able to complete the business in the day, it wasted people's time as a person who works full time and has to take Annual leave to deal with the land department.
I would like to suggest that the Inheritance Department can provide a "check list" or "flow chart" for the business representative so that the representative can make time planning.
Time is gold. My experience as a representative dealing with the kuala langat land department is not good.

β β β β β I need high light it, today went to pejabat tanah at 1:30pm, customer service lady said the department all go out for lunch, closed until 2pm so can't do any thing, why can closed one department, reason because all staff need to lunch at 1pm?
