★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesakit tak dijaga dengan baik oleh segelintir nurse dan MO. Tak sponging, kebersihan pesakit tak dijaga, tahi mata banyak, makan juga tak terjaga.
Curiga sangat lepas MO cepat2 suruh bawa pesakit keluar tanpa laporan lengkap pesakit. Seolah ada benda tak kena yang berlaku pada pesakit.
Prestasi kesihatan pesakit juga makin merosot selepas dihantar ke sini. Sedih dan kecewa sangat dengan apa yang berlaku.
 Patients are not well cared for by a handful of nurses and MOs. No sponging, patient hygiene is not maintained, a lot of eye drops, eating is also not maintained.
Very suspicious, the MO quickly told him to take the patient out without a complete report of the patient. It's as if something went wrong with the patient.
