Collect the identity card and wait here for more than 30 minutes, many people have taken the waiting number, but the JPN employee with the name of Suzie is still talking to other counter employees

Layanan yg bagus daripada En. Abadi Bin Mohamad Maskak.
Dapat Sijil Kelahiran dahulu, MyKid tak boleh mohon buat sementara di seluruh Malaysia. Dijangka bulan Januari 2022 baru bole mohon semula MyKid.
Set an appointment before coming.
Good service from Mr. Abadi Bin Mohamad Maskak.
Get a Birth Certificate first, MyKid cannot apply temporarily throughout Malaysia. It is expected that in January 2022, you will be able to re -apply for MyKid.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They never pickup your call or never call you back. During MCO they asked us to book slot by writing email or phone call, but none is answered. End up, I need to come to their office just to book for timeslot, and then I need to come again for the actual business. Their staff never smile to you even with their mask off!
