Friendly staff and service is quite efficient, spent much less time as expected there. Clean and tidy environment. Parking lot inside is usually packed, you can try your luck or just park outside and walk in.

Hoping to change MyKid to MyKad. Arrived at 11am and was asked to come back at 2pm. What am I supposed to do for 3 hours, cannot have lunch as its Ramadhan. Came back at 2pm and was told to update Birth Cert due to JPN error of not having father's name in the child birth cert (full name) Went to another department and there was 20 more in front of us to update birth cert, looks like have to come back another day for the IC change. There must be a better way to manage the process, wasted the whole day waiting.

Now passport only can do online...waiting 2weeks ago not receive any email..so we go to the jpn to collect passport..then the first queue we take the number .. And waiting call the number..And the queue still very long .. Finally, is our turn .. Queue Again take the another number...All not follow the first queue number to queue ..So the number take for what?Take For Fun? And hv 200+ppl come to collect passport then just only one counter..So We Do Renew On Online For What??

Even though public are not allowed to park the vehicle in the premises but certain cases like bringing oldest people or injured person you need to ask permission from the rela guard. My experience where I had to bring my wife whose injured her leg which had difficulty to walk. The first time I try to locate which building I should go before bringing together with my wife , after find out return back to my vehicle where were parking outside premises. On the way out I ask to the person on duty at guard post about bringing my vehicle inside due to my wife injured. At first they denied my request so I had no choice to bring my wife walking by passageway during rainy day. While walking 1 of the guard came towards us and stop me from walking. She ask me to drive in, at same time scold me why didn't mention about my wife injury. While entering the premises she gives a guide to the building and informing to all the guards about my situation. For the kak guards solute to your kindness.

Super love the staff here !!! So friendly and efficient! Book an appt online for mykad replacement due to lost, got here pretty early ard 9am, and i gotten my ic at 930am! The whole process was smooth and easy, and im rly gladful that the people here are so nice!!! Super recommend this place ❤️❤️

Great service from Ms K.Indra. Faced some issues with the online submission but she quickly gave us a solution and resolved it on the spot. Wonderful worker indeed. (JIM)

The process needs to be improved. I was not ask to fill up any form when i show my documents to the reception for review. I was ask to get a queue number. I am the third (3) in-line but waited for almost 2 hours before i was finally called. Submitted my documents and waited about 5 minutes before i was told by the counter staff that i need to fill up a form and photostat my IC. I could have done all these while waiting to be called but unfortunately the staff in-charge at the reception did not do her job. Worse still, i was ask to re-submit with a new queue number after i filled up the form. But when i returned with the completed form, the reception stop issuing queue number. When i ask her why, she said lunch time soon, they need to clear the crowd before lunch. They can only issue a new number after lunch. She refused to help me and ask me to come back later. Top-notch "service" and "attitude". What can we do as a rakyat. We can only continue to witness and "enjoy" these great "quality service". Amazing!
