Can pay with Debit/Credit Card, convenient for me as I didn't bring enough cash ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Can you imagine how ineffecient their team? Only 2 counters operating at the moment. I have been waiting for 2 hours now and 50 more to go. Its not even their break time but they went out to have a break. When I asked on of the staff he said they went for solat. Really?? They were out for almost 1 hour now.

Tip: Choose your time wisely to do business here. Daytime weekdays are the best as they are less crowded.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service by the front desk at jpj. Today 16 jan , 840am the staff at counter no 1 have such a rude attitude. Do know how to communicate politely. Using high tone of voice . Such a bad staff ever i have encounter . How can people like this working as the front line to deal with cust. Poor service ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Although the queue was long, it moved very fast. From the security guard at the door checking the mysejahtera to the personnel attending to my queries, they were professional and very friendly. Very impressed with the pace and service!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was here to apply for international driving permit (IDP), the whole process took less than 10min!!! Wow...
Just make sure you have all the documents ready:
1. 1 passport sized photo with white background
2. 1 photocopy of front and back of your NRIC and driving license
3. A debit/credit card for making payment, they only accept card payment at the moment (14 April 2022)
