★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Paling takleh blah. Kita call untuk inquire, dia buat kita on hold 10 min. Dah tu bila bising apsal lama, dimarahnya kita balik patient ramai kena serve dulu. Kalau bgtahu suruh call balik petang ke kan senang. Dahlah tak bgtahu kenapa suruh hold. Marah2 plak bila client marah pasal lambat. Common sense = 0%
 At least not yet. Let's call to inquire, he'll give us 10 min. So when the noise is too long, it drives us back many patients to serve first. If you want to tell them to call back in the afternoon it will be fun. Don't know why he asked to hold. Angry plaques when the client is angry about the delay. Common sense = 0%
