★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I were to write down my full experience with Pejabat Rekod, it will surely be an extremely long post so I’ll just make it simple.
I am frustrated with their services, it was very ineffective in the sense that they’ll need at least 1 month to finish your medical report. And if you are not around in Ipoh, you have to send them a request form via postage and wang pos. Even if you bring yourself physically to their office you still have to wait a month. So imagine the extra time required of you are requesting via postage.
After sending them my request via postage, it took them almost a month to come back saying that the name of receiver on wang pos was wrong. Ok maybe that was my fault. So I sent another new wang pos.
2 weeks no news. 1 month still no news. When called, Pejabat Rekod said that “Oh, apparently all our medical records have been terminated since 2017.
Wow. Couldn’t all this hassle been avoided at first if they said this from the beginning? They had their excuse but it was so ridiculous I found myself laughing.
Pejabat Rekod if you are reading this, please PLEASE CONSIDER TECHNOLOGY IE EMAIL AND ONLINE BANKING for your services. Tq.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very, very bad and extremely slow service. Went there for a medical report. No crowd, just 1 person ahead of me. 3 counters, 1 open 2 closed. My no was called and the staff did not know head ir tail about how to handle the situation. Staff kept saying "hold on, hold on" as she was waiting for her associate (who was at the next counter) to help her out. Why even bother opening a counter to attend to patients/customers when you don't even know how to attend to minor requests!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff very helpful, they'll explain to you how or where to get forms insurance etc and how to submit it. A QUICK STORY. my mom past away on 22nd aug last month. battling cov19 starts 8 days home quarantine, 4 of her last day @ ICU. Miss you mama. thank you doctors & nurses.
