★ ★ ★ ★ ★ How come 'penghantar saman' cant find address given?(despites i gave complete address. Even Lazada, Poslaju, Gdex can find it. Just waze or google maps) Some more, ask me to go menara perkeso, escort the 'penghantar saman' to my previous office, then i go to work. My house nearby old office but they ask me from there go to perkeso n escort the penghantar saman. I suggest i just wait nearby there he can google. Once reach, call me. But when the clerk call me she said cannot.i have to go perkeso escort him. Reason: that guy lost his hp, so cannot contact me once he reach at previous office. Poor service n ridiculous prosedures n attitude! Shame on you government employees.

Does the Labor Department help employees? I do not think so.Because I went, when I reported that the employer did not pay the salary, the complaint was successful. But unsuccessful is that entering the court requires a lawsuit with the other party.They think that everyone often reports that the boss does not pay wages? I went there to get advise but the officer looks impatient and expect you know everything. So why do we need you to be an adviser if we able to answer?
The officer who picked up call earlier also doesn’t have the knowledge. That’s why I have to go to JTK physically.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called 4-5 times only picking up the call. But in the middle of my call time to the office I feel somebody is intended to pick up the phone and decline it because my phone call is declined immediately! After they pick up just transfer and transfer the call few times to the department. Lastly, a malay lady is very helpful the solve and answer my problem with manner.
But overall experience is bad! Phone is totally difficult to reach !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ just want to say, during office hour please alert with your office phone. if you don't want to pick up just don't provide phone number. or maybe you can hire staff to handle reception. it's really hard for me to call. for JTK at perkeso always cannot be call. only Putrajaya can be call. Putrajaya side will ask me to call JTK at perkeso. if doesn't pick up who am i going to communicate with?
