★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were very happy with the excellent customer service provided by Zera. I asked her to tighten the screw for my existing spectacle. Zera went the extra mile to clean my spec and change the nose pad for me too.
She also helped my sister to cut the edge of her existing len in order to fix in tightly on the new frame. She has done a good job! And she always maintain a cool composure and listen attentively to customer's needs.
In total we had made 3 pairs of spectacles from Jac's Optometry. We would not heaitate to recommend friends to this shop in future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My family and I have been going to this optometry shop since pre-covid. And during our recent - as well as first - visit since the borders open, we were certainly surprised YET super glad to find our favourite opticians and staff still working at this outlet! :) Huge range of frames and contact lens brands to choose from. Prices are also very competitive. It's their excellent customer service which kept us coming back. We noticed that even when customers walk it close to the closing time, they are still very friendly, accommodating and professional. They will also whatsapp you to keep you informed of the latest deals or promotions.
