★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice place with waterfront lake view restaurants. There are plenty of parking space, great Chinese taste entrance is so attractive. I enjoyed also resort pool view from Jade Hills Tea House. I think the only problem is a little far from centre of Kuala Lumpur

Here you go..
I activated night mode on my camera... That's all. No other filter.
It is a very quiet neighborhood, which a very high occupancy of owners instead of renter..
The security guard is friendly and they recognize owners which is a good sign as they are very dedicated to their job indeed..
Can consider this township by gamuda land..but definitely it is not a cheap investment..
P/s: I don't stay here, but I like it here
