β β β β β A beautiful place to stay in Selangor. Well-known for its various types of condominium facilities eg. gym ??ββοΈ , swimming pool ?ββοΈ, pool ? , table tennis? , basketball court ? , badminton ? , darts ?, study ? ....
Apart from that, the unit interior was superb! Fully furnished units studio that are almost move-in condition! Jengggg ah ???

Secure place, no one can enter the building without the access card.
Cosy place to stay.
Love the natural scenery around the view - mountains - hills
Can reach Genting Highland view - KLCC view

β β β β β Facilities in house: gym, swimming pool, steam room, sauna(not in service for many months).
The main problem is the parking, they want to you to pay and park at level 5 and above. Before this it was ok to park at SB (LG) where plenty of empty space there. Now the management come out with excuse the level is for shop lot only (almost 80% is bloody empty). The whole area including shop lot is not allowed to park overnight. They just want to make more money by finding excuse to clamp your car.
There are many reviews saying their car battery got stolen in parking.
Make judgement yourself, do you want to pay to park at level so high and possibly not safe?

β β β β β For future buyer and tenant beware, carβs battery often got stolen and the management not being helpful at all. Parking in level SB or in front shop lot parking area overnight will be clamped, owner are subjected to a rm50 to have clamp removed. The problem is management did not provide visitors parking or monthly rental parking. Iβve checked on reviews and realised it was not only me but so many people had been ripped off like me.

β β β β β The management is horrible. Five cars' batteries were stolen from the parking lot in one month, including my car battery and CCTV everywhere, but the management did not do anything. They refused to open the CCTV to find out who stole the car's battery, and they told us the parked cars were not our responsibility. They said it was your responsibility. This behavior is impossible and very crazy, so honestly, this building is good but not safe, as well as, the management is horrible. For these reasons, I do not advise anyone to come and rent an apartment in this building.
