★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The pad khra pow is one of the best (in my humble opinion) in Penang. Just a simple Thai street food meal but perfectly prepared with good amount of portion too. I like it that the minced meat is cooked neither too dry nor too wet with no or very less dark soya sauce used.
On the other hand, the 'or bak' from the economyn rice stall is another gem here. Been having this many years ago and still awesome.
Short of 5 star rating due to lack of hygiene in this area (smelly drain at times)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A local hawker food court selling eonomy food. They are a variety choice of rice, noodles and western food. The place is open area and will be a little bit hot during lunch hours.

Brought some of my friends to try the Penang style Jawa Mee at Jalan Tengah . Their Fried Jawa Mee was more towards mamak side and comes with special sauce so it’s definitely my plate of AWESOMENESS ! ?
Among the food you can have here includes Sar Hor Fun , Hokkien char , Fried rice , Yee Foo Mee , Jawa mee , Mee rebus , Mee goring , pasembur , Wan tan mee , Char Siew fan , Nasi kandar , Economy Rice & many mooooooooore ~~~?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3 of us took our breakfast here. Roti Canai was so delicious RM2.40. Ah Beng Chicken slices noodle RM4 also good. Char Hor Fun RM5.50 so so only. The 1st stall nasi lemak was delicious and cheap; generous portion of squid + basic nasi lemak = RM6. Wantan mee also delicious abd cheap RM4. The only cons, we were warned not to simply sit at any table or else the hawkers will not deliver to us (may be all coffee shop different territory)
