★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff with very, very poor attitude. No service with any smile, only a grouchy face. And this applies for all staffs. Does not even greet you to ask for your needs. Just finger pointing to other staffs. It's like we're at their mercy for their service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible experience for tourists to exchange money here. No reason for rejection at all. Indian-like staff did not accept my us dollar note and kept shouting to send me away to banks. Cannot imagine such kind of service in NU Sentral mall in KL.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Showed the exchange rate for usd at 4.265 on the webite and when we went all the way to the outlet at nu sentral, the exchange rate shows 4.28 instead. When asked why its different, they said the rate on their website is just for "reference". Such a dishonest money exchanger causing inconvenience to consumers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor money changer. Have an online price checker that updates daily but ground staff just said the online version was wrong. Do not change here or else bear the own risk.
edit: to the management:
your rate stated the exact outlet, exact rate, and updated at 19.01pm.
I was there at 19.05pm on that day and your staff claimed the online version is wrong.
Your reply might just implied that you wish to misled customers through your online platform, which i think you're not. Therefore I would strongly suggest your team to update your online version accurately. thanks.
