β β β β β So lousy and very rude customer service... I just want unblock my account... When I reach the center security and front desk girl treat me like stupid foreigner ... Did u think all foreigner is non education and without facing bank processing? I was decided to close my account. They ask me so many nonsence question and thread me like if I don't use this account can't stay in malaysia and can't do anything(very funny) ...I was asking the front desk girl name but she refuse to answer name and ask me to wait at lobby about 1hour for refund me money.. After 1 hour they don't settle yet and redund my money... Ask me to go back and wait for call. . I asked how how many day I need to wait for refund they answer me don't know. .what is your MERCHANTRADE service to your customer?
