他们处理事情很差！从开始给钱报名到现在都会出错！
刚开始我听了undang要开始练车 给钱做了L lesen
我的lesen好了没叫我去拿 导致我第一次去练车没有lesen
然后我说我临时有重要的事 第八堂练车日期需要更改 我whatsapp她说要换时间 她说可以可是要拍排到5月我说可以
然后她就打电话给我又说不能改？？ 和她说时间到一半挂我的电话……..
接着呢就在whatsapp说不聊了不聊了？？？ 我就只是要换个时间 他们真的很迷惑
还有一件傻爆眼的事 那边的anuty 让我去练车场office预约时间jpj考车回来再跟她说时间
他们自己懒惰不帮我订！我去定了jpj时间后 他们又来怪我说我自作聪明自己定时间考车？？？？
我真的被这间agent气死?

Then I said that I have something important temporarily. The date of the eighth practice session needs to be changed. I whatsapped and she said to change the time. She said yes, but it was scheduled to be filmed in May. I said yes.
Then she called me and said she couldn't change it? ? Tell her to hang up my phone halfway through...
Then I said no to chat on whatsapp? ? ? I'm just going to change the time, they're really confusing
There is also a silly thing, the anuty over there asked me to go to the office of the practice car to make an appointment jpj to test the car and come back and tell her the time

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad attitude, got my course there but they give me a bad service and attitude, been requested to change time, but they didn’t want to help us to change and giving many excuses, they even blame us for changing the time, but we got our reason and urgent things come up so that we need to change time. I don’t understand why they are so mad at this, perhaps they are just lazy to help us to change, but it’s their responsibility… we trust them and giving them money but end up they don’t want to help, don’t want to pick up call, hang up my call and even give us some rude and bad attitude when we call them for request time changing and keep charging some extra money that they state that it’s because we change the time. Please don’t go this shop, very dissatisfied and disappointed with their service ! Don’t ever go to this shop again !
