★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Order condolences flower stand, received not the same as listed in website. They even change the bottom design without informed customer. Nevertheless flower delivery within 3 hours.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointed with the outcome.. as you guys can see from the actual picture and website picture.. the ribbons were not attached to it and the cover at the bottom was just wrap it with the paper only I guess.. I was totally ashamed and sad.. how could this kind of presentation to show up to the deceased’s family? I’m speechless..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience ever. Rude to customer, late delivery, no reply to message. It is condolences flower, order one day before but only delivered 5:42pm next day. The funeral is almost over.

Ordered condolences flower from this florist. It's a nightmare. Worst flower arrangement I've ever seen in my life. Lousy cloth wrapping. Lousy A4 white card used for message, no spacing. 0 effort and 0 respect for sending this to someone who had just lost a family member.
The owner runs away from problems. Called but she asked for me to text her. Texted her and gave her time to respond, she did not respond to my text messages but corrected me instead LOL what a joke.
Please, if you are not fit to run an online business or take up responsibility then don't run an online business thanks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely pleased with Jane's Florist. I have called many other florist in the morning but no one could deliver a wreath in 2 hours but Jane could. They prepared the flowers, with the message and deliver all within 2 hours. Excellent service from the seller.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1. I order online and the website interface very bad, you can't even choose delivery time
2. I text their WhatsApp to schedule my delivery time and they respond damn slow
3. They didn't tell me specific time till the day of delivery they only tell me the delivery 12-6pm and can't even fix the time. I didn't get response from WhatsApp so I text them on website
4. So end up I collect myself all the way from setapak to oug
This is my 1st time order flower online and this what I get. Lesson learned, I prefer to pay more for good service and beautiful flowers.
