★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For the price, I expected the SOP to have covered details which are the bane of many an operation. Having admitted my mother there, the experience revealed gaps in the running of this assisted living environment that were not congruent with the impression given and the value commitment made. Most obvious was the insufficient emphasis given to the standards of execution by staff (including their supervision).
