β β β β β I am more accustomed to a more vigorous yoga practice, and it will take some getting used to the gentler integrative yoga, but the surrounding greenery provides a very zen environment for my practice. I had a very pleasing experience, which prompted me to sign up for a package.

β β β β β Just completed Shilpas 21 day course. It was an eye and heart opening experience with her endless patience, guidance and wisdom. Joy, life and love is within us and we are beyond our bodies that was my realization. I feel myself as I am in the beginning of a long journey. It's completely a life changing experience. I will be 50 years old this year and it's one of the best gifts that I have ever gave to myself. Thank you also to all my friends at Yogshakti, Marlynee, Shilpa and everyone and everything during the past 21 days. I feel myself so blessed.

I never thought that yoga class could be so exciting. Shilpa teaching method and the place surrounded by greens and birds' chirping. It's made me look forward to coming to the class every morning.
Shilpa is giving very precious tools about life style. She is a very loving teacher.

β β β β β Serene and peaceful, I would never have guessed this place is located so close to city centre. I attended a wonderful yoga session led by a very kind and compassionate instructor, Aglae. If you would like to experience mindfulness and more spirituality in your yoga practice, do check this place out.

β β β β β Yogshakti is one of the best yoga centre in KL, no doubt about it. I love how her founder, Shilpa emphasises on the spiritual aspect of yoga, that all yoga practices lead to meditation. In class, we not only practice our asanas, but qi gong, meditation and yoga nidra etc. This integrative way of learning yoga is simply brilliant. I throughly enjoyed my learning experience here having completed the 14-day Chakra Journey Course and 21-day Yoga Course. I intend to pursue my teacher training course in Yogshakti in the near future as Shilpa is definitely one of the best yoga teacher one can have :)

β β β β β Attending both physically and online classes at Yogshakti, brought a big change to my life, spiritually and physically. I m to thankful to Shilpa founder of Yogshakti for offering such opportunity. I already practiced yoga in other places, but was surprised and amazed by yoga the way is taught at Yogshakti, it s a holistic and integrative approach that covers all. Im still looking to more training and courses that I would like to try. Thank you again Shilpa and Marlene who is making each journey as peaceful as the place .

β β β β β So glad that i found Yogshakti online teacher training course during the MCO ( not another year wasted) and met so many wonderful people during the in person training. As a full time mom i really love the flexibility of Online training because i can learn it at home whenever i have some extra time. I also enjoy doing yoga at my own space. Every poses and every movements are well explained and demonstrated by Shilpa in the videos and a lot of philosophy has been taught during the in person training. Truly a wonderful journey in my life.
