β β β β β Reasons for my disatisfaction.
1. We can't see the doctor face to face. The doctor will call you amd explain what is wrong with the cat. I prefer to communicate with the Doctor in person while he/she is attending to my cat.. For the exorbitant price charged, I think animal owners who frequent this clinic should be givem that right.
2. I don't understand why the clinic refuses to disclose the name/type of medication given. I had a cat suffering from sporo and when asked what kedication was given, they said it is their policy not to disclose it. Why? Are they afraid to lose customers if they do? Nowadays, treating patients is SOLELY a business.. not so much for the love of treating the sick one.

β β β β β I dont agree with their way of getting us to leave our cats for the diagnosis and consultation. They only consult us over the phone then we pay and collect our cat. Not professional at all. We should be able to see whats going on. Hard to trust them. How do we even know if our pet is being examined and treated properly.
Terrible way of practice.

β β β β β Amazing doctor who explained in detail regarding the condition of a cat I found by the roadside that was badly injured. Doctor gave detailed explanation and also options for the cat. Staff were very friendly and assisted my questions and concerns. Everything could be done over the phone and through WhatsApp. Recommend this clinic for your little fur kids.

β β β β β This is the first time my cat get injured badly by herself. I think it's my fault too. Putting on the neck with a bell must be cute. My must admited there during hari raya celebration. Thanks to GOD,my cat fully recovered now. Thank you to all the staff...

β β β β β This veterinary facility is fantastic, from its very compassionate, knowledgeable and committed Doctors and staff down to all the up to date screening and diagnostic equipment available here. It is a huge comfort for fur kids parents like me to know that we have access to the top of the line veterinary care when the need arises as the fur kids are after all our family members. The amount of love and compassion shown to our precious fur kids in this establishment during the course of their treatment and stay is simply heart warming and the commitment to ensuring the comfort and well-being of the fur kids under their care is so comforting to us owners. My cats, dogs and bunny does not show any signs of stress or angst when brought or left there for treatment, as they have shown in previous experience in other veterinary clinics. The prices are very fair with the quality of care and treatment we are getting. The Doctors and staff are helpful and will take time to explain the illness and required line of treatment and are open to discussion on the best course of treatment for the fur kids that is comfortable to the owner. This facility is also very clean and well taken care of.

β β β β β This seems to be one of the better equipped vet clinics in Kuantan as I was referred here by another vet clinic. I was able to neuter my cat with cryptorchidism here and my cats got their rabies vaccines and microchips here as well.
