β β β β β The doctor for my first consultation wasnt customer friendly. I felt unsatisfied with the consultation service because I paid for that. She just said something so general about my skin problem and rarely smile at the customer. Please overcome this matter!

β β β β β You may be the largest in Asia but I wonder why ? 1. I call 6 times to your 1800 number and keeps disconnecting. 2. I emailed for appointment and all I get is a questionnaire on how well you responded. 3. But the best thing is, that I went to your branch in Kuantan the doorman, yes the doorman, asked me at the entrance in front of patients waiting : DO YOU HAVE A SKIN DISEASE.... the rudest reception I ever experienced. I will never ever ever be a patient in your clinic. Worst experience ever !!

β β β β β Staff can't trace patient record of package treatment in system and mistakenly did another facial treatment. They acknowledged the mistake however still patient need to pay where it shouldn't be!
But, after few calls and words, they agreed to do another extra treatment which is good.Otherwise all okay.

β β β β β The worst clinic in the world. The doctor has the nerve to ask me what kind of skin disorder is it. If I knew I wouldn't be consulting you isn't it. Real stupid. It shows that the doctors working there know nuts about skin diseases. In the end I was given a cream for something not related n an expensive bill included was Rm150 for consultation. It's more like I am giving them consultation.
I should be charging them. My advise is never visit this clinic. They only want your money.

Doctor was not good. It seems like they are more interested in selling medication (which they overprescribe, and hide the actual names so you donβt know what you are getting), and not your health. This specifically relates to the Indian lady doctor. I can see why they are not busy at all. My experience may not be applicable to other doctors in the Klinik, but I would not return as Kuantan has some excellent doctors that I would much prefer.

β β β β β I'm very happy after trying the treatment and products from Dr Ko Kuantan. My acne has completely cleared and it has only been 3 months.The Dr explained well and the therapist attending me was good. Extremely satisfied .

β β β β β I recently visited Klinik Dr Ko Kuantan for my skin problem (Iβve seen a few other doctors/clinics with no success) and had a very positive experience. Dr Ambika was very friendly, and extremely thorough. She took her time to understand my skin condition, examine my skin, and explain the problem and treatment to me. Dr Ambika was very patient in dealing with a very anxious person (ME!) who kept asking a lot of questions. The treatment she gave me is working great for my skin... Iβve seen great improvement and itβs only been 2 weeks!
I would highly recommend Dr Ambika and Klinik Dr Ko to my friends and family. Sure itβs a bit expensive, but the results speak for themselves!
