★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just at Jaya Grocer in Empire yesterday at about 10 to 11ish (am) to do our weekend grocery shopping. One of the items on the list was Mini Solo ( best drink ever) . We were searching for them at their usual location which is in front of the ice cream area but they were not there. So, I walked over to the area where the other bearages were kept and can't find any. I proceeded to ask a staff member who was refilling the ice cream. He was polite and walked over to the bearage area and he too cannot find them. He proceeded to ask his colleague who was at the same area. He again was polite and walked to the front and found there was none left. He then told me probably out of stock. I was extremely disappointed. Anyhow, I thanked them. Continued our shopping and proceeded to the checkout counter which was about 10 minutes after the thanked the 2 boys for helping me.
As I was at the checkout counter I heard someone calling out Ms Ms... I turned around and saw one of the boy carrying a box, he walked over to me, he had a biggest smile on his face and said we found the last box of Mini Solo in store. The box contained 4 cartons of Mini Solo. I was shocked and extremely happy of course. I am writing this long review because great customer service must be recognised. I did not get the boys names but I am sure you know who you are. Well done guys.. you could have just tell me out of stock and that's it. But you guys went the Extra Mile to find me the Solos. Kudos to you ? ? ? ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A good range of items so need to check prices because so is the range. Supporting cafe offers delicious dishes and very popular. Can cancel parking ticket if purchase exceed RM50. Senior staff told me if you want the vegetables fresh, come in the evening because their dispatch lorries only reach them around 2-3pm.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As a vegetarian I am disappointed with the placement of vegetarian food varieties. Vegetarian food is poorly placed at different sections and found all over the refrigerator hence making it difficult for me to locate it.
Moreover, after searching for the vegetarian food varieties it's poorly mixed up with other meat items.
Kindly allocate a special refrigerator just for vegetarian food.

Very well stocked and merchandised well. Would come back again. RM 10 off with every RM 100 spent - valid till end Aug, up to 2x per user during the promo period. Pretty good value.

You can many wonderful with HAMs , be it a sandwich, salad, pasta, bread roll, mash potatoes, fried rice …. And just have it on its own?. There’s an endless possibilities … ♾
And choice of HAMs , tonnes of it … who doesn’t loves variety??..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a good place to shop for imported products as there are plenty of choices here. Too many that it will difficult to make a choice unless you know what you want. ? Besides all the groceries, there is also a bakery and 'Hanks' which you can get fine cuts of pork, processed pork produces, wine and beers. The vegetables and fruits are fresh looking over here but quality comes with a higher price tag.
