★ ★ ★ ★ ★ WORST FOOD EVER! SALMON BOUGHT FROM JAYA GROCER WAS SO FISHY (not fresh at ALL)
The cook of the salmon was dry and hard to eat.
PASTA wasnt great. RM15 for pasta and little slices of chicken ham.
The store before this (fesco) was way better and they had one of the best food.
This place is a total disappointment .
Don't bother coming here, it will be a total waste of your money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ruins good steak! I bought an Angus rib eye from the meat section and thought I'd let their cooks have a go at it. This is a piece of cow I've taken home countless times and turned into an amazing medium rare steak. Me with my close to zero cooking experience and amateur equipment. So how bad could it be? Well I found out today. The usually succulent rib eye was dry on the outside and carpaccio raw on the inside. Almost like no butter was used! Never, never, NEVER give them your steaks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reasonably new set up although i cant say that it was terribly different from the former restaurant (the name does not come to me). I thought I'd try something small so i went for the nasi le'merc with fried chicken. The dish came with the usual peanut/ikan bilis, sambal and half and egg. And it arrived in a cardboard box!!! Which i quickly returned and asked to be transferred to a proper plate. The sambal was poor. Harsh to taste and the chicken was quite ordinary. I left it half finished.
8 Sept 2019 - I wanted a piece of steak and I opted for the Entrecote Bernaise which came with a side salad. Opting for med-well, I also asked for black pepper sauce which was extra. The dish arrived looking good and tasted better. The meat was fine and tender and they chose to swap the Bernaise sauce for the pepper which was commendable. At rm21 I thought it was inexpensive and well prepared. Service was good.
