★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive aspect: One thing I appreciated about the service was, they actually called me to let me know about some missing items & helped replacing them before sending over. I think they have improved overtime after receiving bad feedback from people.
Negative aspects:
1. Punctuality: the delivery arrived one hour later than my scheduled time. It was supposed to be 11-12pm but they arrived at 1 something.
2. Customer service contact: Emailed & called to verify something but no response, nobody answered to either email or calls. Eventually, somebody called to let me know about the missing items that's how I managed to reach them.
I hope they can look into these & improve the quality of the services. Perhaps a more reachable CS so we can feel reassured & get our queries sorted.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ While I understand these are challenging times but your online ordering system and customer service is really poor. After more than 4 weeks, I am still waiting for you to revert on my emails regarding my previous order where you delivered the wrong items. I sent DM messages to your Facebook, no reply too. Calls to your Customer Service hotline also goes unanswered. And one would think an outfit like Jaya Grocer would have a better system in place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On of the worst online shopping provider - no update on the order. No call or SMS given on the order if refunded and you will only get the update when you send the message to the chat which works and wont work at times. One of the worst online shopping providers in Malaysia. My order automatically refunded with no reason in the email reply. Dont bother to look for contact us in the their online shopping page - I got the number thru Google.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Speechless - If I am allow to give 0 star, I will be happy to do what because they don't even deserve a one star.
Don't bother calling the 1300 number because no one is bother answering.
It will ring till the line drop.
And then someone finally contacted me but HALF THE ITEMS were unavailable. Told them to cancel my order.
They assigned my order to KL ECO City - the shopper called me said because the outlet is CLOSING DOWN, that is why many items unavailable.
Question - How come they will assign my order to an outlet which is closing down?
However, the customer service said no, KL ECO CITY is not closing down, is just that many customer goes to their outlet that is why many items OOS. *HAHAHA*

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such terrible service. Received my order yesterday with some of the items missing. However on their online, they said that my order are fulfilled and I am charged the full amount. Emailed, called and chatted with them to get my refund but no response whatsoever. I understand that some items are out of stock, but they need to have a proper system to refund their customers. They should update immediately in their system what is not available like pandamart does and immediately email us to inform us regarding our refund. Their online system is totally unacceptable and against their motto in their website stating they provide convenience of refund. Nothing is convenient as a customer if you have to check constantly whether your redund is in or not with no response whatsoever from Jaya Grocer. If you are
lucky you will get all your orders. If not good luck
in getting your money back.

Please resolve this so I can get my money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They deserve -1 star. Do not ever order Jaya Grocer Online. They never call and inform when items are out of stock when I have clearly selected to call and check option. They never inform on any refund process, I don't know if I am getting my refund for items charged that was out of stock. They do not leave any proper contact channel, you cannot find their email and they do not reply to any live chat or pick up any calls. The kind of online service where they only want to earn money but no service
