β β β β β *Big cardboard box full of snacks fall on my head* I had worst experience at jaya grocer, I was picking up some snacks at 9.10pm workers were using ladder for arranging/cleaning, within a second whole big heavy cardboard box fell on my head, I had severe pain in my neck and back head, the worker was just standing just asking apology, poor management why you people are arranging while customers are shopping ? Itβs very dangerous!!! What if there was kid standing there that time?? Terrible

β β β β β I enjoy getting my grocer here. Pleasant experience and many fresh fruits, vegetables, and meats here. Things are more expensive here but at least shopper can shop with ease as the crowd is well managed especially during the pandemic.
Only downside is the aisle at the dairy section, which has a very limited space to maintain a good physical distancing. Other than that, no complain and I can shop with ease and get many items in one place.

β β β β β Giving 3 star because of the variety of product they have but only 3 stars because some of their staff , especially one at the cashier 4 , refuse to help me grab a baby milk tin that they place on the shelf at cashier 1. There was no one , only the person at cashier 4 , we ask him for help and he gladly and proudly say no .

β β β β β A new shopping mall in the area of Rimbayu which has nice restaurants and Jaya Grocer for your daily shopping needs.
There is also a park to walk around and also to bring your pet dogs too
