โ โ โ โ โ Been having neck pain, shoulder pain, back pain, basically the typical computer-desk symptoms for 10 years now. Found this place, had first round consultation with Dr Kelly, followed up with detailed assessment of full body spinal condition, posture, and movement. She gives a very detailed explanation, those seasoned visitors may opt to skip the basics but no doubt the treatment that follows is great. Visited 3 days a week for 3red consecutive week now, am feeling better in overall pain / discomfort and surprisingly, movement and light sports feel better now!
Definitely recommended. Consistence is the key to long term recovery.

โ โ โ โ โ Highly recommend Dr Kelly from Quayside Mall, she's very good at her work and explaining her patient condition so that her patient can understand her well just like how she explain my condition of lower back pain to me. I had lower back pain few months ago due to high impact fall when cycling, after a few visit to Dr Kelly, my condition getting better and now I can cycle normally again thanks to her. Btw her team are also very friendly and kind.

โ โ โ โ โ Made appointment via whatsapp, confirmed the appointment. When showed up for the said appointment only to find that whoever responsible did not actually made the appointment. Doctor had left and we ended up wasting our time.

โ โ โ โ โ Good experience with Chiropractic First Quayside Mall. Iโve been having migraine on and off and the pain can last for few days. Also, I have problem swallowing and chocking whenever I eat. Thanks to Doctor Thiban, the frequency of migraine decreased drastically. Now I can enjoy my food without fearing of chocking. Highly recommend Dr Thiban from Quayside Mall.

After seeing Doctor Kelly from Chiropractic First clinic, my mum has been able to do work and house chores without feeling uneasy or pain. Usually she will feel bad discomfort on her back, especially lower back. Now, safe to say not anymore! Doctor Kelly has helped my mum, her adjustments have seriously helped my mum super lot! โ โ โ โ โ First, I met Dr Kelly at Chiropractic First Quayside Mall and she has given me so many advices regarding my condition, at their roadshow before their grand opening. Then I booked and went to appointment with her as soon as the clinic opens! She has helped my bad migraine and neck pain condition a lot. Always giving me exercises to do at home. After about 3-4 adjustments, my migraine is no more????!! I havenโt had migraine at all since then, and I have neck pain only when I do too much work on my PC. Not as bad as before. Thank goodness, Dr Kelly has given so much tips on how to overcome that too! I have no words to express how happy I am. I will recommend this clinic to my friends as well as my parents! Thank you so much for helping me, and also love how everybody in the clinic is super helpful and friendly! From doctors to clinic staffs. Very great environment. Thank you loads, everyone!
