i call dengan cara baik. tanya pun elok2.
tapi perempuan melayu yang jawab call tu buat2 x dengar. diam je. then hello sekali lepas tu letak.
Dik, kalau xnak layan call customer, TOLONG BERHENTI KERJA. ramai lagi yang nak kerja awak tu.
Mohon pihak atasan ambil tindakan terhadap pekerja macam ni.
