★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been requesting for the refund of my 1k booking fee for their Hampton project. At first said 6 weeks for processing, later said 8 weeks. This is already the 9th week! Still no news, have to keep asking them!! Not a reliable company! Beware if you plan to purchase any of their projects guys!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If i am able to rate this developer, it will be lesser than a star. Developer do not communicate clearly on when the keys will be delivered. Purchased a unit at Dorsett Residence and handover was promised initially in October and was then delayed to December and now till after CNY 2019 without much promises. When asked why, no justification provided and we had to chase for updates with the hope that they would replyl. Definitely not a reliable developer for you to spend your hard earned money on.

Now add to worse developer... Been waiting for them to call back since few months ago. All the contact details... Unattended. Forever ringing... Don't know if any alive humans there or all collapsed

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just collected keys to Dorsett Sri Hartamas residence unit. Defects speedily rectified. Good location with scenic view of Palace and skyline of the iconic Petronas Twin Towers, KL Tower, Maybank headquarter .. , surrounded by eateries and a shopping mall within 5 mins walk. Very happy with this value investment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just went to Dorsett Waterfront Subang Sales Gallery, and was served by a sales staff named Mr Lee. I never seen such a rude staff in my life before. What's wrong to customer, if a customer ask and trying to know more about the property. This staff said why should i know so much, and you are just buying property only. Hello, buying a property is not buying vege in the market. not professional at all

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a unit at JB masai, PARC. CCC obtained on 22/3/2022 but the unit is still uninhabitable until today 26/4/2022 due to no water supply. We were informed by the Maintenance Office there’s no water meter installed and we have to wait. There’s just no actual date, but their standard answer will be ‘within one week or two’, ‘anything will update again’. They only inform us after we get the keys and no explanation for that. When we requested for an explanation they told us to speak to their offices, the JMB, the CRM and property marketing office, but none of them have the answers and ignoring my emails. Since there’s no water, we can’t move into the house, we can’t do defect inspection, BUT they refused to acknowledge the delay and charging us for maintenance fee and our defect period is running. It’s unfair for the home owners. I advise the public to think twice about this company.
